Once you’ve been officially accepted for your exchange at UCT Prague, you will receive an email from the Department of International Relations about the enrollment process (usually 2–3 weeks before the official Enrollment Day). By enrolling, you will officially become a student of UCT Prague.

⚠️ Compulsory Attendance: Enrollment Day is held during Orientation Week. Participation is mandatory; you can be excused only with prior permission from the Department of International Relations.

Orientation Week & ESN

One week before the semester begins, the Erasmus Student Network (ESN UCT Prague) and the International Office organize a series of fun and informative activities. This includes campus and city tours, trips, and social events. It’s the best way to get familiar with the university, explore Prague, and make friends from all over the world.

📅 Academic Calendar:

Check the official Academic Calendar for specific dates and deadlines.

✨ Social Activities:

See the ESN UCT Prague website for a full list of activities organized during the week.
